   Storody creates custom, original songs based on the details, stories, and information you submit. Each song is crafted for personal use, gifting, or sharing with your intended recipient.

2. User Responsibilities
   By submitting content through our form or website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian
  
  

You agree not to submit harmful, hateful, or illegal content.

3. Turnaround Time
   Estimated delivery times are provided during the order process. Actual delivery may vary depending on:

4. Payment and Pricing

5. Refund Policy
   Because each Storody song is a custom, one-of-a-kind creative product, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered only if:

• Claim authorship of the music

8. Rights and Ownership

   We retain ownership of the original music, lyrics, and audio we create.

Your song will never be publicly shared, posted, or used for marketing without your explicit permission.

9. Content Safety
   We reserve the right to decline any submission that includes:

• Hateful or abusive content

• Harmful or violent threats

• Explicit or illegal material

If a submission is rejected, a full refund will be issued.

10. Website Use
    By using our website, you agree not to:

11. Limitation of Liability
